DMX Passes Away (RIP Earl "DMX" Simmons, Long Live X)

I need the dog to pull through and come out better on the other side. Prays for X. Hopefully he can finally put his demons behind, put the drugs down and hopefully be an example to other people who are struggling with addiction. I love the dog but he must break the cycle. Hopefully this latest od doesn't break the cycle for him

Its my, survival instinct that keeps my head above the water
Everyday I show another how a lover slaughter
Flood your daughter, full of more holes than spurges
Taxin businessmen for stocks over lunches
Wit these, I shoot the breeze, and extort
Enough keys from the Cuban, to build a fuckin fort
Caught up in somethin that I cant control
Tryna get a hold of a bankroll, let's role
Catch bodies like a cold, and I stay slick so face it
Make me chase it, I take your life and erase it
Wasted, in the fuckin streets cause it ain't worth shit
The undertaker take your ass unbder the earth quick,
I Love money, but the scrambles hot
So i snatch up my man and the gamblin spot
Twenty grand is got, when niggaz shot, one nigga less
What used to be his chest is now a mess under his fuckin vest :tuh:

NOBODY closed a song like X, b

Only positive vibes. he GONNA beat this shit.

Has it been confirmed what happened, as far as him smoked a laced blunt?

Yea it’s looking like the end. Boy this sucks. My whole entire teenage life was filled with DMX. Sigh

I saw X at the Hard Knock Life Tour in Nashville in '98. Kid Capri did a good job warming up the crowd, Red and Meth were great opening acts, didn't really care about Jay Z but the dog STOLE THE FUCKING SHOW!!! His energy was off the charts and his passion was felt by everybody in the arena. X touched something in your soul. I was on a high a week later off dudes energy and passion. He left everything on the stage and gave you everything he had. Everybody, including X, was completely and totally spiritually, mentally and emotionally drained when he left the stage.

Stay strong and pull through Earl. This crazy world still needs you.
