Also Preemo is better than Dre

Not even trying add on to the (evitable) debate. But although Dre does do certain things better than him, (Dre make "bigger"...more commercial accessible songs) Premier is just the overall better and more versatile producer
Tracks like "Doubie Astray", "Memory Lane" ,D'Evils" "Higher Level" "Glowing Mic" etc.etc.
Not to mention this gem here is why he just outclass Dre when it comes creating to moods & vibes :

This track HERE, is exactly what I'm talking about. Not too many other producers comes to closes to just creating a soundtrack and letting the MC tell their story...
The lyrics and production equally engulfs you. Unlike many of his peers, Preemo never tries to outshine the artist or be "the star", when it comes to that mellow, yet hardcore shit. RZA, Pete Rock, Lord Fineness comes to mind....but Preemo just takes it to another with his consistency
