i think women are also in a peculiar place as they are, at least, earning way more than they were earning just what...40 yrs ago. Its still not equal but its progress I suppose, but my point im trying to make is i think they are trying to keep their options open as much as possible or its let me get him, before he gets me

I agree. On average. Like the general populous has such massive self esteem issues that the average self worth has dropped so low know one even knows they are worth waiting for anymore.
