I kind of meditate.

I just get super high in silence and daydream. I think thats like meditating. Never sat with my legs crossed and eyes closed though.

I started meditating again last night before I went to sleep. It felt great. I've done it before but never consistently. Today I only made it for 12 mins listening to youtube. This is something that I would like to do on a daily basis and track my progress to see if it helps.
