Not NEARLY enough smdh
you know how hard it is to put a cop in jail? Muhammed Noor got a shorter sentence for murdering a white woman. It's a win.

Hate crime related maybe? Idk.Van Jones just said on CNN the Feds could step on and tack on more years.. That's true? Hows that work?
I do not give a shityou know how hard it is to put a cop in jail? Muhammed Noor got a shorter sentence for murdering a white woman. It's a win.
Maybe, but he’ll be protected by those Aryan nation inmates too.He may not even make it that long. He'll likely be targeted
He ll be PC up.... they usually send word ahead of time when a high profile inmate comes inHe may not even make it that long. He'll likely be targeted
Yes with fed charges coming right behind it. He'll probably get 30-35yrs in totalso he was sentenced to 22 yrs in prison?

Never unless they request it lolEx police aren't put in general population I don't think
The charges today were State charges. It was The State of Minnesota vs. Derek Chauvin.
The Fed charges are The Unites States vs. Derek Chauvin.
With the way that the fed charges have been presented, even if they go light on him on both cases it's 10 years minimum added on to his 22.5. So that's an additional 20 years.
Also keep in mind that the judge today added on 10 years to this sentence. So the Feds already have a precedent set to not give him the minimum even though the minimum in both of his Fed cases are 10 years each.
He's basically gonna get 20 extra years from the Feds minimum.
