This but I think it ties to what AP mentioned in that awards from Black awards shows didn't lead to the career bump many want. It's the shitty reality of Black led media/entertainment being a cultural influence for what's ready to be labeled cool soon as a white face adopts it.

He said in the article he's reached out to them directly to apologize. Unless thats not true thats the more respectable outcome.

BBC and bafta however do owe black people an apology for airing it when they could have edited it out.
