Im kinda bummed they probably got Gunn for a one and done deal. He has peacemaker, but He probably wont be involved too much outside of the first season.
Also odd to me they gave Gunn free reign on this movie, but were so adamant about editing and changing David Ayers movie. New Owners and team when Gunn was hired though.

Brainiac would have been too soon IMO. I do think they should have done a Man of Steel 2 instead of the BvS movie though. They wanted to catch up to Marvel so bad and it hurt them. I just want another Superman movie now and don't really care for the universe

The suits at WB have changed several more than once since the DCEU began. Thats one of the issues that the DCEU has faced since it started. Thats why i always preach WB needs to start a DC Studios like Disney did Marvel Studios. DC/WB hasnt had steady leadership. MCU has had Kevin Feige since the very beginning and Feige and his team of producers have been overseeing every Marvel associated film and Disney+ show to fit into one giant connecting universe.
