Watched over the weekend. It was good. For a DC comic book movie, i enjoyed it.

Solid 8/10

And the cgi actually looked good.

That’s par the course for who Superman is as a character. His core values embody that. They don’t call him the Blue Boy Scout for nothing.

this was a great movie imo already watched it twice the character depictions was spot if you ever read a comic of book or actually watched the dc animated series i really don’t understand alot of people’s complaints.

They where a few slick plot points and and comic inferences that the normal person wouldn’t cacth

Ie “HawkGirl” dropping off that dude to his death, it’s written like a cute girl power scene in reality she just caused my friction within the world for her people to invade earth, there was absolutely no reason for her to do that she was logical the whole movie and decided to murder him?

Also that’s not even Shayera hol the “ Hawkwomen” we are used to this is her spiritual niece

I've generally never cared for superman but they nailed this shit in terms of capturing the spirit of the characters mainly superman and lex. I admittedly don't know too much about the other characters but everything felt right in conjunction with the main two.
