And if so there should be multiple witnesses that can identify the killer when he entered and exited the property.
Witnesses with more info than just a vehicle description I would think.
Perhaps cameras as well.

Unless the killer was law enforcement or connected to law enforcement.
Emergency services are suppose to have full access without needing to be let in.
