OUT NOW D12 - D12 Forever (Vol. 1)

They are obviously pretty wack as rappers but whats interesting to me is that after all these years there doesn't to be any internal conflicts with their crew like other crews (rocafella, bad boys etc)

Where the rest of the members? Even if Em isn't apart of the project, they're still missing like 2 members.

one of them is Ems producer and hype man and the other is doing his own thing but as far as I know none of them have issues with each other even if they aren't making music together anymore

Yes there is, Bizarre and Kon Artis don't fuck with the group anymore.
 
I always thought kuniva and swifty had Hella potential outside of em and proof.

Bizarre I liked before he went absolutely crazy with his lyrics. Old old bizarre, like attack of the weirdos EP/Repping the outsidaz bizarre wasnt too bad.

Kuniva and swifty hardly even did any features outside of d12 albums. Wonder wtf happened with them. Maybe they just ghost write or something

Oh jesus fucking christ. Need to come up with a new name then. D12 for a 2 man group is insane.

I remember after proof died they reconnected with a couple detroid rappers like Eye Kyu and Fuzz Scoota. Both were previously "members" of d12 when proof was trying to do the Detroit Wu Tang clan and have it be 12 members. Fuzz appeared on their mixtape back in like 2016 i think it was released, but then they disappeared again.
 
It actually surprised me how even though it’s just swifty and Kuniva and they clearly aren’t signed to Shady no more, this album SOUNDS like a D12 album. They worked with the same folks that Em had on his production team. Swifty’s voice is wayyyy different now and at some points was able to trick me by sounding like both Proof & Em. The George Clinton song surprised the fuck outta me for 2 reasons; they actually got George Clinton and they spoke about D12World/Rap Basement message boards which brings my personal experience with D12 full circle.

Overall, lyrically, the project is straight. Concepts were very d12 like. That kill the engineer joint was pretty creative
