I know that if they were in a group and not solo yet they can’t be used but if they were active after the 90’s they can’t be used on other albums?

some of these rules are confusing

I hit Jazzy up to ask about the 90s artist n she said they couldn't be used (i was asking about PAC)

but I didn't really know I wouldn't be able to use Outkast going forward either

so what does that mean for the money that we spent on those artist? is it lost after the 90s album? cause that means we gonna be at a disadvantage when some of the heavy hitters start dropping later on

When is the 90s album due? Its just one album? Is a album cover and tracklist the only requirement?

We can simplify this easy just keep the same group no solo rule, limit the dead rappers to 90’s albums, and let the other artists cook.
