So this is really about FBA shouldn’t let foreign blacks have any type of help. Colleges especially the white ones look for foreign students all the time but when black Americans do it in your eyes we giving foreigners more advantage than our own.

Have yet to prove it based on any stats or anything though. Haitian scholarship Caribbean scholarship. We know black American scholarships have more funds around it

Bruh I been saying for years HBCUs and black institutions deserve more funds to get better. This wasn’t a new complaint with a Trump presidency.

Trump just seemed to speak of taking even more from HBCUs
