Courtroom Shocked After Black Teen Requested To Be Tried As A White Man

If he’s smart enough to do this.. he never should of put himself in a position to get arrested in the first place. If he didn’t hurt anyone someone give this young brotha a second chance.
 
Smart play but we all know the odds of things working in his favor for this is slim to none.

He told a ton of truth about White people in similar situations historically getting less of a punishment than black and brown people.

There’s real truth to that.. but you’d be surprised how often niggas have all the resources and still turn to crime & use the “struggle” excuse.

That's not unique to black people. Still it's harder for blacks to fuck up and then turn it around because of the harsher response.
