I'm not impressed or inspired by people who have a pretty good paying job, that save a lot of money by penny pinching. Saving money is important, but not if you do it so you have a pile of money for someone else. I'm not trying to be a millionaire that lives like a low level thousandaire, thats stupid to me.

you are right...but some small city people like their small city.
and sometimes you have to weight the options.
my wife knows a chick.....she doesnt work because her husband said she didnt have to. but they live tight. she home schools the kids.
now while alot of chicks said they want that lifestyle.....they downside of her life is she cant do small things like starbucks.
then they whole shit changes up.... so what is the good point to be?

They lived frugally and saved for years to get the million. That took a ton if discipline and determination. I don't think they plan on blowing it now. Not for me but interesting.

You know how many retirees I've met who find odd goofy jobs to do after they retire cuz their life has no meaning or purpose anymore? A lot. Pleasure with no work is a recipe for misery

validation is misery.....thats why so many people hate there jobs. but they need the income but they also dont try to leave either.
thats is also why alot of managers seem to not praise but so many good workers. they understand the people who need validation and who will work harder to get that.
so when people retire...they no longer feel validated. even if they are married....the spouse just doesnt do it enough or has what they seek.
but if you are happy within......you only validate yourself. and you also understand that jobs aint loyal and so you try to not need them.
other than what may seems like a symbionic relationship is really just one sided

I work like a mf. You need shit done and done 100% so you can rest easy you call BA baby cuz I get shit DONE! I don't need you to tell me awesome job bro! I know I did a fucking awesome job it's what I do. And it dont matter what the task, it WILL be done. I ain't no special mf there is billions like me, and billions of lazy mf sho wanna play all day but still get paid.

No I suppose I could contribute in other ways but I would 100% have to stay productive or my mind gon be shot. I enjoy expending the mental and physical energy in that process. I would probably become an insomniac from all the pent up energy.
