Thanks for your insight. I respect itJust two things I want to address in this video.
1. Regardless of whether our black people think the current President is an angel or not, it’s true he’s still an instrument of God, as it is with any seat of power in high places, or as it is with any one of us.
‘Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel: This is what you shall say to your masters: “It is I who by my great power and my outstretched arm have made the earth, with the men and animals that are on the earth, and I give it to whomever it seems right to me. Now I have given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon, my servant, and I have given him also the beasts of the field to serve him. All the nations shall serve him and his son and his grandson, until the time of his own land comes. ” (Jeremiah 27:4-7)
2. Last, that pastor claims that Jesus said that Satan would never attack his own. Although the pastor’s point makes sense, that’s not what the Messiah said.
Knowing their thoughts, Jesus said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself will be laid waste, and a house divided against a house will fall. / If Satan is divided against himself, how can his kingdom stand? After all, you say that I drive out demons by Beelzebul. (Luke 11:17-18)
Even if you check Matthew or Mark’s account of this event, notice in all three Jesus is asking a question. Even though his question comes off as rhetorical, the point he’s making is not the one it seems to be on the surface. He’s not saying Satan would never attack his own. Quite the opposite. He’s exposing the scribes insistence on drawing the wrong conclusion. It’s not that Satan wouldn’t cast out Satan, it’s that even if that’s the case, then where does Satan’s power come from? Who’s the real source behind it? So then, shouldn’t that be taken as a sign that his kingdom is coming to an end and not to worry about opposing Jesus? So then as far as they’re concerned, shouldn’t they recognize it’s God’s power? They really were just all kinds of wrong.
As a matter of truth, Satan is divided against himself. That’s a lesson I’ll have to give at another time. But here’s a clue in 2 Thess 2:4.”who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God.”
So anyway, just because the president gets attacked fraudulently by occult groups doesn’t automatically mean he’s righteous. Doesn’t mean he’s unrighteous either. But judging some of the actions he’s taken I can see why some people would say he’s more good than the Dems.
Glad to help anytime. Thanks for your insight. I respect it
