Diarrhea cuz at least I'd be able to nap from exhaustion. Constipation you feel all stuffed, cranky and uncomfortable, that equals no naps.

I've heard constipation is terribly uncomfortable but I just hate poo so much I'd rather pain then have to run to the toilet every hour or so

few yrs ago went to Nevada (Reno area) to visit my homie & ion kno if it was the altitude bein in the mountains

but I ain't shit for like 3-4 days til I got back to Tennessee


& I'm eatin all kinds of shit


fried chicken, steak & eggs, fajitas, pizza, you name it lol

Constipation can cause intestinal obstructions and Rip a bootyhole apart.

Diarrhea could leave u malnourished and sharting up urself when u least expect it.

But if we're talking one episode of either and not a chronic problem, I'd have to go with constipation.
