One generation was taught to grind it out through the system, play ball, be complacent with how things are and strive for your glory. And at some point, maybe one day you’ll make.
The next generation saw that the previous generation were jerked around, and with more prevalent access to information and how things can be done. They circumvented the system and did what a lot of the previous generation never did or could do.
As such, they don’t respect the process because they didn’t suffer through it. But the problem with not respecting the process as a whole is disregarding that there is a part of the process that you do need, for longevity.
As of right now, the newer generation won’t realize that, until their heat dies down and then, they’ll respect those that came before and make amends.
In short, the beef is about the same shit its been about for eons
