Once has a brain storm of a child molester serial killer who killed someone who was framed and the world at large didn't care because he was doing what people wished someone would just do anyway. They were cheering him on and law enforcement was purposely doing a bad job on the investigation so he could continue his mission.

The problem I see with this is that it simply doesn't address other forms of child molestation/rape that are possible post-castration. Sure, locking one of these muhfuckas up for the rest of their lives keeps them out of contact with kids, but what about those of them that get out in, say, 10 years??? They're still fully capable of going out and harming kids.
