We were talking about a thread she got jumped in by some members about where she stands in the racial debates that she finds herself in

Idrc the entirety of the conversation but I believe it revolves around the word nigga and she saying how she don’t say ‘thats’s cool’ but how I didn’t care if she said it (cause she Hispanic)

Simply put, the Hispanics (Mexican) I, for lack of a better term,’grew up’ withwere niggas same as I. Same as every Hispanic (Puerto Rican) I heard in music or I seen on TV.

Anyone knows Chicago, knows that there are the Whites (Italian, Polish, East European, Irish), the Jews, and the niggas ( damn near anyone not in the first 2). Same as when I moved to NYC.

But I get other ppl (SouthWest and WestCoast) have a different dealing with Hispanics which is why I don’t typically jump into convos discussing nigga being used amongst Latinos. I get we all have a different experience with that. Not my hill to die on.
