This is true because people lost their mind over them 200 kids running ramshack in downtown Chicago but I couldn't help but think of the billion times nearly a thousand little mfers in Philly decided South Street needed some chaos.

Given how these numbers are crunched it makes sense smaller cities would be on the list. Lower population numbers plus crime will always yield these results. Yes cities with millions in the population have more crime...but it's also more people so of course it's gonna have higher crime numbers overall. Thats why all these stats are given with the "per capita" disclaimer
