One is clearly worse than the other.

However, both can be addictions and both can ruin a person's life. There are stories of men losing their jobs because of it, their marriages, I remember even reading about a man who died because he crashed his car while watching porn.

I believe both sex workers and drug dealers not only profit off of, but eventually contribute to a person's life lacking balance and substance. It's for that reason, I see them both as dishonorable professions. Both deal in bad money.
