Charlamagne Tha God has been doing the damn thing on The Breakfast Club for close to a decade. He's established himself as one of the top, most well-known music heads in the industry and his recent solo-led Kanye West interview really put him on the map even more. Charlamagne has now embarked on a new adventure that will see him host a series of four interview specials courtesy of HBO.

The Gray Area With Charlemagne tha God will be executively produced by the man himself as well as Karen Kinney. The first of the four episodes is expected to come out later this year, and we are impatiently waiting on who the first guest will be.

"Charlamagne brings a provocative, thoughtful and always honest voice to all of his interviews,” Nina Rosenstein, executive vice president of HBO Programming said. “We think these specials will be surprising and enlightening and we look forward to seeing who he brings to the table.”

As for C tha God himself, his statement reads:

“I feel extremely blessed to be able to announce my official partnership with HBO on a new conversation series which will provide a safe space for ‘unsafe’ people to curate their stories and control their own narratives. The reality is, when it comes to people’s stories, it’s not black or white, it’s always an area that’s a shade of gray and that’s usually where the lies end and the truth begins, and this show will give those people an opportunity to share their truth. Thank you to my new television home, HBO and all praise is due to god!”

I'm hating, the nigga ain't thoughtful, honest and provocative. The nigga ask question other people have the decency not to ask.

If a nigga walk into a room with a big herpie on his lip. Everyone see it, you can tell the nigga self conscious about it. Everyone has the decency to not mention it. CTG is the type of nigga to say..they got treatment for that..as a joke..that don't make you edgy..that make u a dick

Dope!

C tha God is a dope media personality. Read his book and listen to his podcast and you'll appreciate his style and ambition. He's actually very positive and very, very well read. A lot of the books I've read recently were because of books he's mentioned in his book or on his podcast.
