When you purchase tickets you essentially consent to being in pictures or videos like broadcasts in the TOS. I think it falls under the "no expectation of privacy in public"

You pretty much waive your rights to privacy when you enter the arena. Always a chance you end up on that summer jam screen.

Mann I worked at a job and some of the co-workers got into it and HR had to post up for the whole week because it was some messy shit.

When I said that HR bitch was bad AF 😂😭🤣🤣

She stayed any longer and it would've been a few more cases.
