They're really sucking up all the fun.

It's not just the megas though. The average page with no images (like this one) is shipping a 2.5 mb payload per user per page (maybe 800k cached). For some odd reason the reaction images are being loaded from a cdn but the images, custom fonts and non-essential javascript files aren't. Those should all be loaded asynchronously and not block the page from rendering text to at least make life bearable for us non-degenerates.
