FEATURED Cam & Mase Respond To Jim Jones

test
COTC was established

Mase was already signed, had a deal... Cam already wrote the verse for Cease...

Shit was already moving when Jim jumped on. Mase taught Jim how to rap, like he came in an established crew.

Mase and Cam doing a venture together and moving without Jim ain't the slight Jim making it out to be....

COTC was established as a crew yes but they weren't making any noise outside of the 5 boroughs. Big L was the biggest name out of the crew before Mase blew (pause) in '97 and I don't remember L shouting COTC when his album came out in '95. Even though he hasn't been around when Children of the corn was coming up he was still there when Cam solo came out which was '98. Cam was always shouting him out. On songs and freestyles before that album came out. He even had a verse on the album (which was terrible). He put the Nigga on a song with his moms.

Yes, shit was moving but Jim was around when Cam's solo career was jumping off. That's 26, 27 years. They damn near family.

I think we can all say, Jim’s renaissance starting around 2018 was cool but it’s enough now bro

Man has an inflated sense of self at this point

Go home
Exactly.

Jim grew, Jim expanded.... He did his whole own thing completely separate from then, and that's good.. There should be no funny feeling or him saying anything crazy about Cam and Mase doing a podcast together. The shit isn't called dipset podcast.... They not banking off of Jim in any way... They two friends who worked out their differences and getting money together.

This narrative that they left Jim out in the cold is weird to me, and I guess weird to them. Which is why they were clowning
. But again, as we all said.... They didn't really go in that hard

Mase and Cam got new music coming…

They talked about it on one of the last episodes from last season… Cam wanna put the music out but he’s waiting on Mase to green light it…

They been had shit they've been sitting on for like 2+ years. I don't know if Mase is still under some sort of contract but he has been the one holding it up for some reason.

I listened to Jim's interview... And despite all the shit talking on Cam/Ma$e and G-Unit ... It was a laid back interesting interview where he made good salient introspective points

Now Cam done said his own part and I think it should end there... Niggaz is old word to Beta ...

And Ma$e looking grossly overweight with the popcorn bucket... Even the laughter a bit spooky 🤣

It's always weird to me when niggas who was right for years fall out then start dissing niggas they came up with. Calling each other clowns and dumb shit like they was never cool, gangsta or etc.

My nigga if he was clown all those years then your goofy ass was in the circus right along with him/them. That's more of a bad look on your character especially if you "knew" your running mate was never like that.

Deadass. If you was EVER a nigga I was actually friends with and loved, I'm never gonna try to defame your character or shit on your name just because we're not friends anymore. That's cornball behavior.

For me...I thought Jim really started to over step when he started talking reckless about the status of Pusha. Say what you will about Push if he is or isn't in your top 50 but another man seemingly hating out of left field that another nigga is ranked higher than him by some gotta be the most hater shit ever. What's crazy is his argument was over people dressing like push and impact.
