I was a Senior in High School during 2005, so I remember this time period vividly. Juelz Santana had the potential to have a decent run , he was young had female fans who found him attractive and loved his music and was part of crew like Dipset who were doing their thing with Mixtapes.
Lil Wayne changed the way he rapped, it was more punchline heavy with his rhymes like a lot of East coast New York Rappers during that time period of 2005 other Southern rappers were not rapping like that in 2005 outside of Ludacris. So the comparison between Juelz and Lil Wayne was definitely happening.
