4 eggs, 1 cup of milk sometimes I've used heavy cream too. 1/4 cup of flour. 2/4 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla. Mix till it's combined. Dip bread and put on the griddle. I usually use Texas toast. Dust with powdered sugar if you want.
