She ran into the back of someone else's car which caused a chain reaction and the initial car was hit again. Unless she was under the influence or they could have proved she was distracted while driving ie texting or on the phone which they confirmed she wasn't, then she wasn't gonna see a criminal charge.

According to her own words ( she was obviously lying lol) , the initial accident had already happened with the 2 cars in front of her and she couldn’t brake in time to avoid hitting the cars

Yet ur here saying she caused the accident

Anyway if she was all good nd free of mind u saying she was just out there playing bumper cars on the highway? Lol

I didn't say she caused the accident. The poster i quoted said that. I said her hitting the car in front of her caused a chain reaction. You're the one making up a story about her falling asleep behind the wheel.

To be clear - I’ve said this in my other post as well - I don’t think it’s okay in today’s society, as I’m older and have escaped the harsh conditions and false realities that once encompassed me. I also realize it should not have been acceptable in my youth.

What I am saying is that this reflects the norm for the time and environment in which I grew up. It’s extremely familiar.

Still, that’s the thing about growth - we change. Brandy didn’t even realize herself that it was wrong until much later in life.

We did not know what we did not know. It doesn’t change the harm or hurt our actions elicits.

You are right with this. The problem is that many people for some reason think looking back and admitting they had the wrong or an immature pov/stance on something is an indictment against them. So people will fight hard as adults to justify shit like you're seeing in this thread

Term still applies whether you like it or not and it don't have to be a teen girl with a grown man. We all knew girls in high school who went from dude to dude to dude in the high school.
