The pre sequel is probably the best entry in the series from a fundemental standpoint
BL2 did its thing and BL3 is just too overtuned, but a decent popcorn game

I don't have any expectations of this one but I'll probably get it if someone wants to run a campagin

Yeah, there's co-op campaign, you can form a party (up to 4) and play thru the campaign; I don't think there's gonna be a competitive mode (besides usually being able to fight your party members) but I may be wrong

Yeah this is one of the few games that does couch co op as well.

Besides that you can play your own campaign and open up your game and people can randomly join your campaign and play along with you or you can invite friends. Or you can join someone else's game, but it will be before or at wherever you are in the campaign and I think it progresses your campaign if youre in aomeone else's game and they get further than where you were.

They're cool games. It's a fun world and really silly at times, but you can make a build for your character and modify weapons and armor. In past games a lot of areas felt kind of repetitive imo. Just a lot of the same ol enemies doing the same ol kind of quests until you get to a new area then you play that area until the enemies get dull.

The boss fights are really fun though and challenging most times.

I fucking hated the pre sequel

Well I liked the story but in terms of gameplay it felt like glorified dlc

yeah the skill trees were
pretty mid across the board and the maps were uninspiring - plus the pace of the game doubled towards the end just to wrap stuff up

but i liked the zero gravity mechanics and the oxygen tank gimmick
 
Ok so this is a good game. Way better than the last installment and I'm still in the early early game, maybe level 6?

My only complaint is performance. From what I've seen on YouTube, this is impacting everyone specifically shaders and the time it takes for them to finish loading.

Claptrap is less annoying and more entertaining like he was in the first two games
 
Am I the only one experiencing excessive game crashes? I swear I return to a blue crash screen every time I start from sleep mode or leave the game idle for more than 10 minutes.
