Watched it just now. It was interesting.

So I guess they were just crackheads the whole time? Would have liked to had them confirm by showing Selma in a cell talking like she was back in the other world, but I think it was pretty much confirmed when she was looking down at her dad in the other world and the cop said don’t go too close.
