I'm not saying it shouldn't be low tiers but the shows listed there aren't low tier shows compared to some of the other shows ranked higher

Family Matters being on the lower tier is disrespectful. Family was probably one of the biggest black sitcoms (after Fresh Prince) since Cosby was no longer on TV. Urkelmania was HUGE!

Jus cuz it was huge doesn't mean it was funny.

Not only that but replace it with a show that if it wasn't for Living Single there be no Girlfriends.

Niggas do not give it it's due. I own the full series of that and what most would say is the best in Martin and watch both repeatedly. It more than hangs with the best. It didn't have the popularity but every episode laugh out loud funny.
