Andrew Jackson was told to go fight so called Indians down in Florida...he wrote back and said he was fighting Negroes but they called the war of 1812, An Indian war..but in Jackson own words he said he was fighting black ppl.

Nobody is doubting Blacks and Natives mixed in some areas and worked together in others

But they are two different groups. And before white peole came they had their own names

I think a lot of people are misconstruing what this actually means.


Just my take on it, but........to me.........it's not about whether or not we are the true Native Americans.

It's more about acknowledging that there were actually Black Native Americans.


Many of whom were actually held as slaves by their Native American tribes.


There was even a court case about this a few years ago:

That wasn't an insult, it was a statement of fact. You took it as an insult because you cannot fathom ever being wrong. Just like your assertion that "nobody bought/played OBFCL in the south" 'cause your barely teenage limited experience at the time when it was new didn't allow you to be in places where that absolutely happened, this line of thinking is not rooted in fact whatsoever and, therefore, is not knowledge; it is mere misinformation masking as such.
