One thing about republicans claiming they wanted a vote to release the Epstein files immediately and democrats turned them down. Burchett requested unanimous consent to release the files immediately. For that, no one on the House floor can object for it to pass.

Rules state when this type of request fails the people or party responsible are not disclosed. Here’s the footage as proof of that rule:



So there’s no proof it was the democrats and the fact that so many republicans are against the release points to the fact Republicans probably declined the vote too.

Either way, all democrats voted for the discharge petition and only 4 republicans, Massie, Boebert, Greene, and Mace, voted for it. Plus Trump immediately called Boebert and other republicans to go against it. Plus the House was on vacation for weeks to delay the discharge petition. So that tells you who is really for and who is really against the release.

I mean, if we really care about facts and not tweets from dumbasses posted by dumbasses.
