Nah, rape cases are notorious for being hard to prove, even when there is evidence. If what little evidence there was is gone or too much time has lapsed, or both, very small chance someone will be found guilty. Especially now with the courts beginning to accept some women have lied about rape and so they are hesitant to take someone's word for it. Even if you have 30+ people saying the same thing.

Yeah but they STILL convicted him tho despite the lil evidence they had. Like I said...prosecution fucc'd up...court vacated his conviction...he free...moving on.

I’m assuming they couldn’t have known at the time, so it’s not on them. They lawfully accepted donations in good faith and weren’t aware of any huge controversial crimes that had not only become public knowledge but also were associated with the donor.
