do yall think his other potential victims have any recourse against the DA for fucking up the case and pretty much ensuring that they cant get justice now that the statute of limitations may be up for their cases? Can the DA be held liable for damages in that regard?

Statutes of limitations been up ..... it’s 12 years in Penn for rape or sexual misconduct against an adult

nah I understand that.. I meant since the DA fucked it up.. can they get at the DA for fucking it up..... since the statute of limitations has ran out for them to go at Cosby

Nah unless they can prove it was done maliciously and purposely

Reality is, everyone involved wanted to get him and sure as hell didn't really care how. They *DA* thought they had him and all them victims believed it also.

Gotta hold the L at this point
