Bill Cosby Sentenced 3-10 Years In Prison

I doubt I get an honest but I'll ask anyway.

Cosby is a rapist. Acknowledged

The courts broke laws to convict Cosby. Acknowledged

Its fuck rapists no matter what. Acknowledged

What other types of crimes committed are people ok with the court system breaking laws just to get convictions and lock people up?

if you’re anti rape and pro justice how are you on cosby side? Seems like they don’t match
Regardless of how I feel about someone.....they deserve a fair trial.
One ain’t got nothing to do with the other.

And if I side with a system that will convict a black man unfairly......
First I’m no better than them and second I can’t cry if they do it to me.

so as you see ....you fighting me on something I’m not saying

The legal definitions are written in the law of whatever jurisdiction you're in. I'm not speaking about what people think rape is or isn't. I'm talking about the law of the land. You posted a dictionary definition of rape that doesn't encompass all of what rape is legally, in a lot of states. So I informed you that the actual legal definitions of rape aren't that narrow in a lot of cases.
I didn't post a dictionary definition. I simply described what the act of rape is. Why you keep responding with legal variations of rape is beyond me when my point to begin with was that people blur the definition of rape to suit their own motivations. All you're doing is supplementing my point.

The legal definition of rape matters in a court case tho

Why I keep responding with the information that your "description" of what rape is a lot narrower than the legal definition of rape is beyond you? Well that's all I need to know.

Is he considered a rapist though? I'm asking that since he was released for a faulty trial does his guilty plea still stand or is it wiped off his record?

I don't know how that works that's why I asked about Kobe a bunch pages back.

Legally. No. But that's why I posed the response I did to this yesterday which is if a person gets off for a crime that the majority of society agrees they're guilty of does society still see them as innocent or guilty? Because most times society still sees and treats them as guilty regardless of what courts say

Does society matter, I'll rather be guilty in the eye of the public than guilty in a court of law

All I know is, if some y'all wives brought condoms knowing damn well y'all don't use them, a new dress, got a personal trainer, changed all the passwords to her accounts, started not answering your phone calls as frequently as she used to and started talking about her funny her new "work friend" that happens to be a man...

Some of y'all will be like..."Well she isn't cheating on me because the I never seen her do it..."

That’s called love. And in love, you not supposed to be assuming the worst, but the best in each other.

I don't think he actually plead guilty. What he did was just go on the record in a deposition where he couldn't plead the 5th.

In a legal sense no he is no longer legally considered a rapist or sexual offender.

I actually said that to just move the thread along and get folks to answer the question. Which it hasn't been answered yet,
