Alright I’m gonna reboot this cause it’s a dead period sports wise and we need content.
2014 aka SA Spurs NWO revenge tour year. Fresh off of choking away the finals the previous year, the spurs made it through the west and got their revenge against the Heat. Ironically their toughest challenge came in the first round against Dallas, who pushed them to 7 games. This is the last year GS would come up short in the playoffs for awhile, as they gave mark Jackson the boot after losing in 7 to the clippers in round 1.
In the East, Miami made their 4th straight trip to the finals. Indiana worked hard to get the 1 seed in the east but it ended up not mattering.
While Miami pretty much cruised through the first 2 rounds of the playoffs, Indiana had to go 7 games with an 8th seeded Hawks team and 6 against the Wizards.
