Everybody metabolism ain't the same.

Two people could have the exact same diet and routine and be complete different body sizes.

Everytime I stopped drinking I lost mad weight. So for me it's that. But I enjoy my drink so I'm diligent in everything else. But if I stopped drinking all together, I'd prolly drop 40 pounds. An while that kinda loss would be cool....I enjoy my drink
Metabolism? Get that gym bro shit outta. It doesn’t matter how many calories you intake as long as you are at a deficit. If you’re trying to lose weight just make sure you’re at a deficit. Not being able to do that makes you lazy
