Still alive? I looked up the statutes, she's either gonna catch a mandatory minimum of 5 years if it's a malicious wounding charge or life if they hit her with a causing grievous bodily harm with intent charge and since she swerved into the chick, I'd be surprised if she doesn't get the harsher charge.
