Idk if you've realized it or not but Surf has positioned himself as a God Tier battle rapper and it's largely cuz of how he moves.

JC needs to get a new hustle, cuz mfs can't battle when they're 57 unless you're ICE. And I don't wanna make this a JC thing, it's more so a lesson all battle rappers need to learn, especially if you're a vet.

Surf is no doubt a super star in battle rap and I like his music in a lot.

But when I think of God Tier,that's not some shit I just throw around.

I know Roc going through it,but I would say he's god tier before Surf.

Roc gave us classics after classics for like 7 yrs or some shit.

But Surf pen is like a retarded street Lux

He's a great rapper period and he ain't far from God Tier if he stays out of jail and goes on a streak,but Surf also lost in a lot and choked in a lot.
 
But u can make a living if u battle consistently especially if you don’t live in NYC...outside of Chicago the cost of living in the midwest ain’t that high...a nigga like JC can pay his rent in Pontiac for a yr w 3 or 4 battles

I see what you're saying, you're speaking more from solely a rapping pov. I'm talking about more from a game of thrones pov.

A case can be made Hollow has lost 6 of his last 8 battles. You can argue lux has lost 4 of his last 5. But it's how they move that'll always keep them on that level.

Even Daylyt. He was out here battling any and everybody. The second he fell back and started making noise in other areas, now Lux wants to battle him lol It's chess.
