This is a partial answer, but a lot of the newer battlers with star potential didn't become what they should've been for various reasons. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but other than Eazy, what star/top tier has emerged since 2019-2020?

Depends on if we’re just talking URL but It’s been hard for URL guys stuck on the app.
Swamp may have been the last pre EZ because he was one of the last to shine off YouTube pre app
There’s new guys bubbling but you would have to be deep into battle rap to have heard of them like that like Yunis .
