The one good thing to come out of this lawsuit.. Will be the comprised media types.. Will have to all reveal themselves and pick a side.. And I wouldn’t be surprised if soon certain battle rapinterview YouTube channels start deleting interviews where URL battlers admitting to backing out of RBE battles because URL told them to or said they were paid to….

They could also but in this matter the artist are rarely blamed as they are apt to do what’s best for them
Simply put.... say the RBE KNOWS URL has a contract w DAYLYT and paying him 20k to battle

knowing this RBE still goes to Daylyt saying we ll give you 50k and help u out of anything comes from this

from URL s standpoint, RBE is the entity crossing the line had it not been for RBE crossing the line Daylyt wouldn’t have been tempted to cross URL

So is the argument that RBE knew about Daylyt being booked for Summer Madness 11 and decided to book him anyway? How would yhey prove that? Time of initial announcement? Pullin up tweets and IG flyers?

The argument is you can’t interfere with a company’s ability to do business w an entity or individual they have an exclusivity contract with
