Netflix Army of the Dead

So apparently a Prequel Film has already begun development and it will focus on one of the characters in this film. Whoever the german character is and it will show his perspective at the beginning of the apocalypse. Then a Anime is also in production that will be a prequel based off of Batista's character and his rescue team, also at the beginning of the apocalypse.

So for this movie at least, it seems like the zombies are already established, or maybe they will be very brief explaining their arrival. Still, confused as to why these people need money unless like someone mentioned, its only contained to Vegas and the casinos still have all that money stashed away. With these zombies being "smarter" they probably took over vegas and use it as their stronghold or something.

They're planning to do a lot for a movie that hasn't came out yet
 
I enjoyed this film but there was stupid plotholes in it

why didn't homeboy just give them the code to the vault?

200 million has got to be heavy, can a helicopter hold everybody if they survived along with the money.

Well I think the whole thing was a distraction right? Keep them busy with the vault while the guy that turned on them was busy getting the zombie head the real reason he wanted to come. And I’m sure the plan was for them not to survive till the end. He just needed the muscle so to speak to get inside and to the real bounty.

you're right, I just figured somebody would've realized that shit wasn't adding up within the group.

If the whole thing was about the zombie head then why even send a team to open the vault for the money only to backstab them? Why not just send a team to hunt the female?
