I'm in mgmnt, I never had to fire anyone. Would I? I'm not wasting my energy on giving a fuck if the employee needs to be fired if you fuck up I let you go without question or remorse. If I hae to let you go for headcount issues from upper mgmnt then I feel away because that's bullshit

I supervise a team on a couple projects. Not my choice though. I was good working as a lone wolf, but the projects got too big for one person to do alone, so they gave me a team.
