Are Black Parents Setting Their Kids Up For Prison?

What sets kids up for prison is rightfully conditioning them to exist in an environment of moral ambiguity. But, that combined with the reality of supremacy. Leads kids to having to depend on a lot of luck to avoid falling to into the criminal system. Which further reinforces moral ambiguity, and can lead to further spiraling into the clutches of a system designed to take advantage of that fact. It’s a catch 22. Teach your children how to survive in a world that victimizes you if you act as an angel, but somehow preach that in some instances, you don’t act as a demon, even when surrounded by them. And, suffer the consequences of said action in retaliation by those same demons because you chose to not be one. It’s the environment that needs to change because the other won’t.

This doesn’t apply to all children but it applies to alot of children

There are other factors that set your kid up for the street life that leads them to prison and other factors that they never end up in the streets and get decent jobs still end up in prison. So educating them how to effectively communicate, understand math and science, and etc will not make them a decent human being. To do that is emotional development and have them regularly see a psychiatrist or a counselor and get them to understand you are simply not no one god, king, overlord and etc but your own person to determine your own life.

I, personally, think it would be the responsible thing to include something educational. Like they have all of those easy to use robotics kits, greenhouses, and shit like that that might spark something in your child.

It's one day out of the year, lol. Of a parent is getting them educational throught out the year, there shouldnt be an issue

The bulk of a child's toys comes from Christmas and birthdays. It ain't too often that a parent just buys some shit out the blue on June 24th and shit.

Many parents rather buy their kids toys, brand name shoes and all sorts of tech gadgets but don't invest in their education such as getting them tutors or investing in a college fund for their future. You got many folks who are not competent to be parents and it doesn't get exposed until conflicts or situations occur.

I saw the brother Diallo Kenyetta say Umar basically preaches Black puritanical living and this really drove it home I ain’t gon lie. A lot of older Blqck people really think Zoomers and Millenials bouta be up there reading encyclopedias bout some mufuckin Which countries border Equatorial Guinea and cutting lawns for 10 bucks and lemonade. The black (or any really) community hasn’t looked like that in 30+ years.

Still support the brother but he has some flagrantly oddball takes now and then.
