ANYBODY know somebody who died from COVID?

I don't know anybody personally, but I know somebody who knows somebody. My brother's baby mother's father died from COVID. I had a cousin, who I don't keep in contact with die from COVID. My barber said his brother died from COVID.

Anybody know anybody personally that died though?

A good friend of mine catered a party and was hospitalized and died from Covid within 2 weeks …last year.

My grandmother had Covid and beat it but had a few strokes because of it and never recovered. My aunt contracted it in March and died 2 days later in the hospital

Same. But...this is the new normal, bruh. It is what it is.

My son wasn't feeling well the other day so he stayed home from school. We let the school know he would be out and they said he couldn't come back to school until he was symptom-free for 24 hours and had a negative Covid test. His mom was super pissed and felt like it was overkill. I was like '5 million people are dead. No one is taking those kinds of chances anymore. Especially not schools.'

We all just need to get used to the shit.
