Make the voting thread. This ain’t going nowhere.

I think it should be 3 or 4 hosts. All men or men and one woman.

Need at least two dedicated people who has the time to do it. Basically makes it a priority.

might need to interview some mfs.

Make it a whole event, nominate folks, pay the winners ABW cash..if they cant do the role that's been designated for them. Ban them for a week
 
The reality is it should be kandy, goldie and ap, with me and chi being readily available to sub in when needed....as we're the most dedicated to the site

but no one want the mods doing everything

I think some outside people would be great because we have other great posters. They just have to mesh well to make it a great show.

Need a crew that will blend well and keep the conversation good.
 
the thing is, the core hosts need to do a few shows to iron out any kinks

once an established format becomes the norm, then you can start inviting other members as panel guests

trying to include everyone off the rip is going to be a clustercuss
 
I don’t like the idea of posters for dedicated segments

just have the core hosts cover what they want and occasionally bring a guest or two on
 
That’s why you vote or choose who the core people are. This thread is full of me me me, nah not me by myself, nah not him, nah it should be these people, and I can do it while smacking IDs out of peoples hands.
 
Funny because like 20 ppl said they would do it but we all know when the lights come on it’s really like 5 that are willing lol

also kandace I’m just worried a nomination thread will just be a popularity contest

also it may become that but at the end of the day they are voting for who they want to hear. Which means listeners.

they will vote on the people who said they down.
