Not bad. I hope dad is not forcing him run to the point where he's over exerting himself and he can walk if he needs to. Other than that, I see no issue with that punishment.
 
Im not with putting shit on the internet at all. Or that thing where they maje their kid wear a sign in the middle of the street.
