I never really used twitter, I always thought it was too messy a UI, it just turned me off, too much going on and too condensed. I recently got Threads which appear to be doing right what Twitter tried to do with its UI.

It actually helped me understand how to consume Twitter, so I finally got on Twitter, and holy shit. I see why people hate each other and numbing themselves with drugs and alcohol.

I don’t even follow no one and first day, I’m hit wit vids of attempted rape, people being shot, questionably young girls getting ran through in the woods, little girls getting beat up by boys, people smacking service workers offa nothing, trump Biden, Biden trump, …holy fucking shit

Algorithm didn’t even let me get the ball rolling, was just like, here’s fuckery, yall only come here for that.

And the government has a problem with TikTok? Jesus Christ …TikTok is yo mtv raps and Twitter is like that bootleg dvd of snoop and the dog pound chilling and smoking while a hooker sucks their homeboy dick off in the corner.
