Here's the problem with your line of thinking and I already pointed this out, but I'll do it again:
Two people meet at a party, club, or what have you. They vibe and alladat, but they're both drinking. A couple of hours later and they're fucking in the back seat of a car. They both wanted to do this and it was agreed upon that this was going to happen. They finish, exchange numbers and social media names, etc and go back in to the function.
The next morning she regrets the encounter and goes to the police and says she was raped while she was drunk. Dude is railroaded into a plea deal, serves prison time, and has to register as a sex offender for the next 10 years.
We all know he didn't really rape the chick, but he has a rape conviction, and this is the kind of shit that's becoming more prevalent these days so while you may want to dismiss all people convicted of rape, it's probably not wise to do so.
